It can be used in standard and high performance engines for both competition and normal on/off road use in a wide range of vehicles. Premium 0 is recommended for use in vehicles where SAE 0W-30 and SAE 0W-40 engine oils were originally recommended by the manufacturer. It can be used where ACEA A3/B4 is recommended as well as where API SN or previous API specifications SM (2004-2010), SL (2001-2004), SJ (1998-2000) and earlier are recommended. It is an OEM Approved product for Mercedes Benz vehicles requiring MB-Approval 229.5 and for Porsche vehicles where Porsche A40 is required. As a manufacturer approved product, it provides full warranty approved service requirements for these vehicles. It can also be used in vehicles requiring engine oils meeting Mercedes-Benz 229.3, BMW Longlife-01, VW 502 00/505 00 or Ford WSS-M2C937-A (Ford Focus LZ RS and Focus RS). It is NOT suitable for use in diesel vehicles fitted with a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter). Premium 0 is a Shear Free formulation that eliminates viscosity loss and maintains oil pressure during extreme engine operating conditions. NOTE: when changing oil, Penrite recommend using Penrite Engine Flush, a fast acting, solvent free, engine cleaning formulation that removes engine deposits, sludge and contaminants with the oil service drain.
