TRACK & TRACE

All orders placed online at Auto One are delivered via courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking link sent to your email.

If you have any concerns contact our Customer Service Team by phone on 1300 222 010 or complete our online enquiry form, being sure to include your order number. We generally respond to online enquiries within 24 hours.

DELIVERY FEES

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the products you wish to purchase as well as your delivery location. Generally, the larger the item, the more expensive delivery will be. Oversize goods will also incur higher delivery rates.

To help ensure a smooth delivery process, we recommend providing a delivery address that is attended during business hours, such as a home, workplace, or other secure location. This helps minimise potential delivery delays, redirection, or redelivery fees.

Please note that the majority of our shipments require a signature on delivery. For this reason, we strongly encourage selecting an address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

You may incur additional delivery fees/freight charges within the checkout (in excess of the fees and charges specified above) for:

  • Large quantity or bulk orders

  • Express or urgent deliveries; or

  • Non-stock and/or bespoke items

If these additional delivery fees are required, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements for payment, if additional payment for delivery is not accepted or received, we may cancel your order and provide you with a full refund for your order.

BULKY ITEMS

Shipping costs displayed at checkout are automatically calculated based on standard courier rates.

Some items are classified as "bulky" - due to their weight, dimensions, or cubic volume - and may incur additional freight charges beyond the amount shown at checkout. This is particularly common for deliveries to regional or remote areas within Australia.

If additional shipping charges apply to your order, we will contact you directly with a revised freight quote prior to dispatch. You will have the option to proceed with the additional payment or cancel the order.

If the revised freight charge is not approved, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

If you are unsure as to whether your required item will incur additional bulky freight costs, please contact our customer service team for assistance or further information on your item.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

We utilise a range of trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timeframes are typically:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days from despatch

  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days from despatch

These timeframes are provided as a guide only and are based on the courier’s delivery estimates. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including peak periods, network disruptions, or delivery location constraints.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Where multiple items are purchased, products may be dispatched from different warehouse locations. In these instances, your order may be shipped in separate parcels.

Split shipments may arrive on different days, as items are dispatched from our Western Australia or New South Wales warehouses. You will receive tracking details for each parcel once dispatched.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available at checkout, and shipping rates are calculated automatically once the delivery address has been entered and the 'Express Shipping' method selected.

Please note: “Express shipping” refers to the delivery service selected with our courier partners and applies to transit time only. It does not guarantee priority processing or same-day despatch.

We aim to despatch all express orders within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak trading periods, promotional events, or where stock is required to be transferred from an alternate warehouse location, despatch timeframes may be extended.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or by the courier are estimates only and commence once the order has been dispatched. While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays once an order has left our facility.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately Auto One is currently unable to provide international shipping.

REASONS FOR ORDER DELAYS

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address during checkout.

  • No-one was available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address

  • Incorrect payment information was entered against the order. Please double check all details at time of checkout as your order will only be created upon receipt of payment.

  • In the event an order is flagged for verification we may need to get in contact via phone before dispatching some products. Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.

  • Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to supply product from outside of our standard delivery network. This can cause delays in dispatch if orders are directed to regional locations etc.
