  • This offer only applies to orders placed online via and excludes Click & Collect only items.
  • Offer excludes remote islands which includes Norfolk island, Christmas Island and Cocos Keeling island.

Track & Trace

All orders placed online at Auto One are delivered via courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking link sent to your email from our courier called Sendle. Please check your spam/junk folder from "Sendle Notifications" for the tracking link. .

Delivery Fees

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the products you wish to purchase as well as your delivery location. Generally, the larger the item, the more expensive delivery will be. Oversize goods will also incur higher delivery rates.

To encourage the smooth delivery of your items Auto One recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimize any redelivery delays and/or fees.

You may incur additional delivery fees/freight charges within the checkout (in excess of the fees and charges specified above) for:

  • Large quantity or bulk orders.
  • Express or urgent deliveries; or
  • Non-stock and/or bespoke items
If these additional delivery fees are required we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements for payment, if additional payment for delivery is not raccepted or received we may cancel your order and provide you with a full refund for your order.

Bulky Items:

At checkout, you will be see some shipping costs, these are calculated automatically by the site in accordance with our courier companies' freight charges. Bulky items however do incur additional fees in addition to the shipping costs in the checkout, especially to remote areas in Australia. Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. We will contact you directly for addtional payment for delivery fees if  required, if payment is not made or agreed upon we may need to cancel your order and provide you with a full refund of your purchase.

Bulky goods are identified in the title of the product. i.e (Bulky Item). If you are unsure as to whether your required item will incur additional bulky freight costs, please contact our customer service team for assistance or further information on your item.

Delivery Time Frames

We use a selection of courier services with delivery times of between 2 - 5 business days for metro areas and 3 – 10 business days after dispatch for regional areas. Courier deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only. These delivery times are a guide set out by the courier and may incur a delay if an issue like mentioned above is identified. If this is a split order, you will see a notification on the cart before purchase. Split orders may take slightly longer to arrive as the parcels will arrive separately and will be dispatched from our WA or NSW warehouses. 

Express Shipping

Express shipping is currently unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.

International Shipping

Unfortunately Auto One Auto is currently unable to provide international shipping.

Reasons for order delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address during checkout.
  • No-one was available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address
  • Incorrect payment information was entered against the order. Please double check all details at time of checkout as your order will only be created upon receipt of payment.
  • In the event an order is flagged for verification we may need to get in contact via phone before dispatching some products. Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.
  • Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to supply product from outside of our standard delivery network. This can cause delays in dispatch if orders are directed to regional locations etc.
