Auto One Father’s Day Catalogue

Effective Date: 20^th August – 7^th of September

These terms and conditions are subject to the Auto One Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.autoone.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions.

1.      GENERAL

a)      Auto One Group, (ABN 49 003 820 291), consists of a Franchise network predominately members are independently owned and operated businesses.

b)     Auto One Group, and it’s associated entities will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any benefit, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes, or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

c)      All items listed as Clearance or limited stock, are only available while stocks last, and are sold on an ‘as is’ basis. Clearance items are non-refundable or exchangeable, unless faulty or doesn’t meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

d)     Auto One may vary these terms and conditions at any time during the Offer Period without notice. Auto One reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, amend, terminate, or withdraw the promotion at any time in its sole discretion. Please ensure you regularly check these Terms and Conditions for any variations.

 

2.      AVAILABILITY

Due to the size of some items and / or the restricted space/ restricted goods delivery in some of our smaller regional and stores, not every Auto One carries or can deliver, the full range of the following:

a)      Car care and accessories

b)     Oil and filters

c)      Batteries and Electrical

d)     Audio, dash cam

e)      4WD and touring

f)        Spare parts

3.      SAFETY

Auto One wants you and your families to be safe. In relation to the following please note:

a)      Batteries: Please reference the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) from each manufacturer, which provide critical information on the composition of lead acid batteries, the physical, health and environmental hazards associated with lead acid batteries, safe handling and storage, emergency procedures and disposal requirements.

b)     Oils and Additives and Hazardous Chemicals: Please reference the Safety Data Sheet from each manufacturer, for information regarding Hazard identification, first aid measures, firefighting measures, accidental release measures, exposure control and personal protection.

 

4.      PRICING

Our prices may vary depending on the store you have selected, due to freight and shipping charges.

All prices are inclusive of GST.  

a)      Pricing and Promotion: As listed within the catalogue sale, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or giveaway, unless expressly detailed by Auto One.

b)     1Club: Auto One Group 1Club members qualify for 5% credit on eligible items within the catalogue sale.

c)      RRP: is the suggested retail price that a supplier/ manufacturer recommends that Auto One charge for a product.

d)     Multi-buy: a volume-based promotion (e.g. buy-one-get-one-free)

e)     Trade Pricing: may vary by Store and Account at the discretion of the Auto One Franchise Member. Trade pricing cannot be used in conjunction with catalogue sale pricing.

 

5.      TECHNOLOGY

The following terms apply where one of the following appears:

Auto One First Aid ‘Patch Up Dad’ Kit
Effective Date: 20th August – 7th of September
These terms and conditions provide information regarding the Auto One First Aid ‘Patch-
Up Dad’ Kit promotion at Auto One. Any person not complying with these Terms and
Conditions is ineligible to receive the First Aid Kit. Acceptance of the First Aid Kit and
participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Effective Date: Promotion runs from 00:01 AEST on the 20th of August until 23:59
   AEST on the 7th of September 2025, or while stock of the First Aid Kit last (Offer
   Period). Auto One reserves the right to change the Offer Period at any time
   (including, without limitation, extending the Offer Period) in its sole discretion.
2. Qualifying Shop: An Auto One customer will be eligible to receive one (1) First Aid
   Kit when they spend $100 AUD or more (Australian Customers) in a single
   transaction, within the Offer Period. A limit of one First Aid Kit per customer.
3. Eligible Customers: Available only to retail customers only. Trade and wholesale
   customers are excluded from the promotion.
4. Spend: $100 minimum spend is inclusive of GST.
5. Store Fulfilment: The First Aid Kit will be supplied to the customer at the point of
   sale in store, while stocks last during the Offer Period only. If Auto One forms the
   view, in its sole discretion that a customer has not complied with these Terms and
   Conditions, Auto One reserves the right to not provide or withhold the First Aid Kit
   from that Customer. Auto One or its member decision is final, and no
   correspondence will be entered into.
6. Online Fulfilment: The First Aid Kit will be available to add to the cart on
   www.autoone.com.au once the qualifying shop is obtained, while stocks last
   during the Offer Period only. Only available in the transaction session, cannot be
   obtained after checkout and payment has completed. If Auto One forms the view,
   in its sole discretion that a customer has not complied with these Terms and
   Conditions, Auto One reserves the right to not provide or withhold the First Aid Kit
   from that Customer. Auto One or its member decision is final, and no
   correspondence will be entered into.
7. Availability: Offer available only at participating Auto One stores and online at
   www.autoone.com.au
8. The First Aid Kit is not transferrable or exchangeable at an Auto One store, cannot
   be redeemed for or substituted for cash.
9. Product Information: Can be sourced from the Product Data Sheet Provided.
10. Disruption to Promotion: If this promotion cannot proceed as planned for
    reasons beyond the reasonable control of Auto One, including but not limited to
    computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised interference, technical failures,
    acts or omissions of third parties, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the
    administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion,
    Auto One reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or
    suspend the promotion. Auto One may also choose to recommence the
    promotion on the same terms.
11. Returns and Free Gifts: Where a product purchased in connection with this
    promotion is returned, and that purchase entitled the customer to ‘First Aid Kit’,
    the ‘First Aid Kit’ must also be returned to Auto One in its original condition
    (subject to any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer
    Law). In the event that the First Aid Kit is not returned, Auto One reserves the right
    to reduce the amount of any refund by the value of the First Aid Kit at RRP of
    $39.95, as reasonably determined by Auto One.
