Green OEM Coolant Premix is a GENUINE GLYSANTIN® G48®, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), fully licensed and warranty approved, type "A" ethylene glycol, anti-freeze anti-boil coolant as used in initial manufacturer factory fills. It uses a technically advanced HYBRID (HOAT - Hybrid Organic Acid Technology) based inhibitor system that is Phosphate, Amine and Nitrite free. The extended long life inhibitor formulation prevents rust, corrosion, cavitation and degradation of the cooling system for 12 years or 800,000km. It is available in both concentrate and premix formulations.
Green OEM Coolant Premix is mixed at a 50% concentration level as per initial manufacturer requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: Green OEM Coolant Concentrate replaces 7 Year Green Coolant concentrate, 4 Year Long Drain Anti Freeze Anti Boil Coolant and Heavy Duty 50/50 premix
Application
Green OEM Coolant is suitable for the cooling systems of petrol, LPG, light and heavy duty diesel and industrial engines where Hybrid (HOAT) type anti-freeze / anti-boil and anti-corrosion properties are required. It is also suitable for use in Electric & Hybrid Vehicles (EV, BEV, HEV & PHEV) for cooling of the internal combustion engine and/or battery thermal management systems.
Green OEM Coolant is suitable for passenger cars, 4WD’s, motorcycles, light & heavy duty commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural equipment. It is especially suited to vehicles of European origin such as Audi / VW (G11), BMW, Mercedes, Porsche (Pre-1995), Volvo, Opel, Saab but it may be used in all types of vehicles.
Green OEM Coolant provides long-term protection against rust and corrosion for all materials used in the engine and in the cooling system. It protects cast iron, aluminium, copper and solder alloys as well as the hoses, seals and plastics. It is effective in all cast iron aluminium engines that are under load or used in extreme hot and cold climates. It may be used in all types of vehicles that use green, blue or yellow coloured initial fill coolants and it is also suitable for use in out of warranty service to maintain OEM performance. It is also ideal for motorcycles.
Green OEM Coolant Premix is a 50% concentration formulation and is ready to use directly from the container. It is pre-mixed with Penrite De-Mineralised Water and can be poured directly into the cooling system. No further dilution is required. It can be used as a complete service refill, top up or is safe to mix with compatible type A coolant. Penrite recommend that a 50% concentration level should be maintained for maximum, performance and longevity of the coolant and protection of the cooling system.
Coolant Flushing
Penrite recommend flushing the cooling system prior to a complete service refill. Penrite Radiator Flush effectively cleans the system in 7 minutes and prepares the cooling system for new coolant.
