Auto One x Club Assist BDI Mental Health Donation Campaign
PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion commences on 1 November 2025 and ends on 1 December 2025.

GENERAL
Auto One Australia (Auto One Group), (ABN 49 003 820 291), consists of a Franchise network, predominantly members who are independently owned and operated businesses.
Auto One Group and its associated entities will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness, or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any benefit, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes, or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Auto One may vary these terms and conditions at any time during the Offer Period without notice. Auto One reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, amend, terminate, or withdraw the promotion at any time in its sole discretion. Please ensure you regularly check these Terms and Conditions for any variations.
ELIGIBILITY
1. Open to Australian residents only.
2. Offer available at participating Auto One stores nationwide and via autoone.com.au during the Promotion Period.
3. Applies to the purchase of any Auto One branded battery supplied by Club Assist.
DONATION DETAILS
1. For every Auto One branded battery sold during the Promotion Period, $10 (ten dollars) will be donated by Auto One & Club Assist Pty Ltd to the Black Dog Institute.
2. The total donation amount will be calculated based on total eligible battery units sold within the Promotion Period.
3. Donations will be made directly by Auto One to the Black Dog Institute after the conclusion of the promotion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. The promotion is available while stocks last.
2. This promotion is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
3. Auto One and Club Assist reserve the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
4. Auto One and Club Assist are not responsible for any technical or system errors that may occur during online transactions.
5. All decisions made by Auto One in relation to the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Auto One wants you and your families to be safe. When handling or installing automotive batteries:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by the manufacturer.
- Wear appropriate protective equipment (gloves and eye protection).
- Dispose of old batteries responsibly through approved recycling programs.
