Auto One Car Care Campaign ‘FREE BUCKET’ Promotion
Date: 1st October – 13th October 2026
These terms and conditions provide information regarding the Auto One FREE 15L Bucket promotion at Auto One. Any person not complying with these Terms and Conditions is ineligible to receive the Auto One 15L Bucket. Acceptance of the Auto One 15L Bucket and participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Effective Date: Promotion runs from 00:01 AEST on the 1st of October until 23:59 AEST on the 13th of October 2026, or while stock of the Auto One 15L bucket last (Offer Period). Auto One reserves the right to change the Offer Period at any time (including, without limitation, extending the Offer Period) in its sole discretion.
Qualifying Shop: An Auto One customer will be eligible to receive one (1) 15L Auto One bucket when they spend AUD$65 or more (Australian Customers) in a single transaction on eligible Car Care products, within the Offer Period. A limit of one bucket per customer.
Eligible Customers: Available only to retail customers only. Trade and wholesale customers are excluded from the promotion.
Spend: $65 minimum spend is inclusive of GST.
Store Fulfilment: The 15L Auto One bucket will be supplied to the customer at the point of sale in store, while stocks last during the Offer Period only. If Auto One forms the view, in its sole discretion that a customer has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, Auto One reserves the right to not provide or withhold the bucket from that Customer. Auto One or its member decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Online Fulfilment: The 15L Auto One bucket will be available to add to the cart on www.autoone.com.au once the qualifying shop is obtained, while stocks last during the Offer Period only. Only available in the transaction session, cannot be obtained after checkout and payment has completed. If Auto One forms the view, in its sole discretion that a customer has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, Auto One reserves the right to not provide or withhold the Auto One bucket from that Customer. Auto One or its member decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Availability: Offer available only at participating Auto One stores and online at www.autoone.com.au
The 15L Auto One bucket does not come with a lid. It is not transferrable or exchangeable at an Auto One store, cannot be redeemed for or substituted for cash.
Disruption to Promotion: If this promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Auto One, including but not limited to computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised interference, technical failures, acts or omissions of third parties, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, Auto One reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Auto One may also choose to recommence the promotion on the same terms.
Returns and Free Gifts: Where a product purchased in connection with this promotion is returned, and that purchase entitled the customer to ‘Auto One bucket’, the ‘Auto One bucket’ must also be returned to Auto One in its original condition (subject to any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law). In the event that the Auto One bucket is not returned, Auto One reserves the right to reduce the amount of any refund by the value of the at RRP of $14.95, as reasonably determined by Auto One.
General terms: Auto One Group, (ABN 49 003 820 291), consists of a Franchise network predominately members are independently owned and operated businesses.
Auto One Group, and it’s associated entities will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any benefit, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes, or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Auto One may vary these terms and conditions at any time during the Offer Period without notice. Auto One reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, amend, terminate, or withdraw the promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
