Installation guide:
1. Plan your layout - Lay out sheets first to visualise coverage. Aim to cover 70 to 80% of flat, single-skin metal panels. Create templates for areas as needed. Avoid mounts or structural elements.
2. Clean the surface - Use a white-based spirit and a clean cloth (avoid turpentine). Let the surfaces dry completely before applying the sheets.
3. Cut to fit - Trim sheets to size, leaving access to important areas. Sheets can be placed edge-to-edge or with a slight overlap.
4. Apply and roll - Peel back one end and stick it down gradually, pressing as you go. Feed material into contours, don't stretch over dips. Use a roller to press firmly across the surface, especially in valleys.
5. Final check - Re-roll any bubbles or edges. Use extra sheets in high-vibration areas if you have leftovers.
Tips: Don't apply over complex structures like top hats, cross-members, or mounting points. For best results, work in a warm environment so the sheets bond properly.
