Auto One Members Presale
Effective Date: 1st November – 4th November 2025
These terms and conditions are subject to the Big Brand Sale Terms and conditions available at https://www.autoone.com.au/pages/t-cs-big-brand-sale which the Members Presale gives access to.
These terms and conditions provide information regarding the Auto One Member Pre-Sale Promotional period. Any person not complying with these Terms and Conditions is ineligible to receive the Members Pre-Sale pricing.
1. Effective Date: Pre-Sale (early) access runs from 00:01 AEST on the 1st of November until 23:59 AEST on the 4th of November 2025 (Offer Period). Auto One reserves the right to change the Offer Period at any time (including, without limitation, extending the Offer Period) in its sole discretion.
2. Qualifying Shop: A customer will need to be an existing Auto One member at a participating store or sign up to become an Auto One Member to be eligible to access pre-sale promotion within the Offer Period.
3. Eligible Customers: Available only to retail customers only who are an Auto One Member. Trade and wholesale customers and pricing are not eligible for pre-sale access.
4. Availability: Member presale access available only at participating Auto One stores and online at www.autoone.com.au
5. General terms: Auto One Group, (ABN 49 003 820 291), consists of a Franchise network predominately members are independently owned and operated businesses.
6. Auto One Group, and it’s associated entities will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any benefit, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes, or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
7. Auto One may vary these terms and conditions at any time during the Offer Period without notice. Auto One reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, amend, terminate, or withdraw the promotion at any time in its sole discretion. Please ensure you regularly check these Terms and Conditions for any variations. Excludes Auto One Burnie store.
