The Davies Craig fan fitting kit includes all parts necessary for mounting and wiring any 24 Volt (up to 15A) electric fan - including all Davies Craig Thermatic fans and other electric fan models.
This kit includes:
- 1x 7.5A wedge fuse
- 1x 15A wedge fuse
- 1x red wire joiner
- 4x 3/16" Nyloc nuts
- 4x 3x3/16 bolts
- 24V/40A 5 pin relay with resistor
- 4x red fibre washers
- 4x metal mudguard washers
- 2x blue wire joiners
- 1x 6mm blue ring terminal
- 1x 12V harness
- 1x self tapping screw

MOUNTING YOUR ELECTRIC FAN
Please pay particular attention to the markings on the fan hub/blade regarding the direction the fan should operate as Davies Craig Electric Fans are reversible. Once the fan is installed the arrow may not be visible.
The Thermatic Fan fitting instructions must be closely followed, regardless of whether the unit is mounted upstream or downstream.

If you wish to thematically control the electric fan(s) you should purchase a Davies, Craig Thermatic Switch Kit, Part: #0401, #0400 Combo Kit or a Twin Fan Thermatic Controller Part, #0444, #0445 or #0500.
If you wish to cool both the radiator and AC condenser you should purchase Part #0444, #0445, #0500 or a Thermatic Switch & Relay Kit, Part #0404 - which contains the Thermatic Switch with an extra relay and wiring loom.
